Bine ati venit! as you say it in romanian, welcome to our site. TAROM VA started operations on the first of June 2007 and is the first and only virtual airline that mimics the Romanian carriers operations thru-out Europe and the Middle East. 

Located in the Eastern Europe, Romania offers beautiful landscapes, rich history and culture. Romanian aviation has as long of a history as aviation itself, starting with 1906 in Paris where Traian Vuia was the first to design and pilot a heavier-than-air flying machine able to take off without a catapult by entirely relying on it's own engine; 1910 at Cotroceni field, near Bucharest, Aurel Vlaicu made the first public demonstration by flying his own designed and built airplane. TAROM finds its roots as deep in the history as 1920, when the French-Romanian Company For Air Navigation (CFRNA) was founded. Using French-built POTEZ aircraft, the company provided passenger, mail and cargo transportation, by air, from Paris to Bucharest, via Strasbourg, Prague, Vienna and Budapest. In other words, the CFRNA was the first operative Trans-continental airline in the history of aviation!.

How to use TAROM VA systems? It is as easy as 1-2-3. No need to visit the website everytime you want to fly! Follow the 3 steps below:
1) Sign up to be a pilot in Tarom VA
2) You will receive an activation email and the client software within 48 hours
3) open the client software from your computer and log in with your credentials. The software includes fleet information, flights and your logbook.
4) Enjoy!

IMPORTANT: Once a flight is finished please make sure you upload the flight. This is the only way that flight will be accounted for.
